To whomever is bleeding all over the Computer Center men's room:

Please stop it.

Also, please refrain from leaving your dirty needles and tourniquet behind. When you do this, we must notify police services, get a special cleaning crew over here, and close the bathroom until the security team can examine it. This means that people have to go to another floor to use the toilet until procedure is taken care of.

Also, it's just icky. No one liked seeing your paraphernalia and body fluids once, let alone nearly every week, and I'm fairly certain no one enjoys cleaning them up.
